Because all RideOnPlates products are custom-made to order with your chosen Name and Colours, they are legally exempt from the standard "Right to Cancel" under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
This means we cannot offer refunds or accept returns if you simply change your mind or if you made a spelling mistake. Please check your preview carefully before ordering!
While we can't accept returns for custom items, we stand by our quality. If anything goes wrong that is our fault, we will fix it.
